Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered as per booking confirmation.
- Technical issues or operational failures resulting in non-delivery of service.
- Duplicate or incorrect payment due to system error.
- Booking cancelled by SkyRyde India due to unavoidable reasons.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
The following cases are not eligible for refunds:
- Customer voluntarily cancels the service after confirmation.
- Failure to attend or avail the service at the scheduled time.
- Providing incorrect information during booking.
- Delayed arrival or no-show of the customer.
3. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted through our official email:

- Customers must mention the booking ID, transaction ID, and registered mobile number.
- Our team will verify your request and respond within 5–7 working days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within
7–10 working days.
4. Cancellation by SkyRyde India
In the event SkyRyde India cancels a booking due to operational, safety, or weather conditions,
customers will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- An option to reschedule the service.
